4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for our services are detailed in your engagement letter or service agreement.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and will auto draft from your account unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.
  • Additional fees may apply for rush services or for any services requested beyond the original scope of work.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and compliance in all services, we cannot guarantee the results or outcomes of any financial or tax decisions. We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or third-party actions beyond our control.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for all fees incurred for services provided up to the termination date.

7. Ownership of Work Product

All deliverables created by us, including financial statements, tax filings, and reports, become your property once payment is made in full. However, we retain ownership of underlying methodologies, tools, and templates.

8. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws. You agree to comply with relevant tax and financial obligations and provide truthful and accurate information to assist us in maintaining compliance.

9. Communication and Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted electronically. You agree to communicate sensitive information through secure channels where possible.

10. Governing Law
